so there is this theory, that absolutely no good deed si self-less because when you do a good deed it makes you feel persoally good inside so it autoamtically is selfish even if you dont tell anybody because you feel happy and doing it brings you pleasure

think of ay good deed that you do that would not make you feel good? it dosent exist!
